Technology Used:

GOTOMYPC - Access computers remotely (monthly fee applies).
We can access your computer for data input in your ACT, TP7i, and/or AgentOffice program, check your email, software training, fix computer errors and install software!

Whalemail - File transfer/upload of up to 100MB of size.
In order for us to send you copies of newsletters, photos and postcards that may be too big to send via email, we can upload the files to the internet and send you a link to download the file onto your computer!

Still can't figure out how a VA can help you virtually? Below is a list of some projects we currently do and how we work with our clients.

Postcards: Our client emails the house photos and content for the postcard and/or we can download the photo(s) and pull content from the listing via their MLS provider. We then design the postcard and email it as a pdf. document (which can be viewed via Adobe Acrobat) for approval. Once approved we send the file to our print house or the clients via email or whalemail. We then will pull addresses from the surrounding area via the public records and/or from the clients list of contacts and print labels. We can also work with their mail house or ours on targeting specific zip codes and getting a bulk mail rate. A copy of each mailing piece is mailed to our client for their marketing portfolio.

Open House: The client notifies us of a new open house. We get date, times and other information needed. We create an 'Open House' postcard and/or feature sheet and repeat the procedures as listed above. After the Open House the client faxes the sign-in sheet. We verify names and addresses and then affix labels and mail THANK YOU postcards. We input these prospects into the client's database via gotomypc. We also update all of our client's websites with the new listing pictures and activate the 'Open House' feature, if applicable. We email Home Buyers Journal the picture and open house info for publication. We email MRIS the photos and if requested, enter this listing into the MLS system.
