VIRTUAL ASSISTANT PRACTICE OFFERS SPECIALIZED SERVICES TO REAL
ESTATE PROFESSIONALS
Frederick, MD March 25, 2003 -- Roselle Paquette, a
Maryland-based entrepreneur, announced the launch of
e-Roselle, a virtual assisting practice offering
administrative solutions to time challenged real estate
professionals who are overwhelmed with everyday tasks such as,
MLS submissions, database management, website maintenance,
postcard and newsletter creation and mailing.
The mission of e-Roselle is to help build business by taking
care of the administrative tasks, leaving the real estate
professional time to focus on their clients.
A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent contractor that
provides remote administrative and office support services to
business professionals and individuals. "Because we are
virtual, we are not limited to working within the confines of
a local area so we are able to support professionals all
around the country by utilizing the internet, e-mail,
messaging, phone and fax," explains Roselle Paquette,
e-Roselle's founder. A VA enables professionals to operate
more efficiently without additional office space, real estate,
payroll, insurance and equipment costs that is associated with
hiring an employee.
In December 2002, e-Roselle received the IVAA CRESS (Certified
Real Estate Support Specialist) certification created by the
International Virtual Assistants Association, the professional
trade association for the virtual assistance profession. This
certification covers real estate industry terminology, billing
issues, conflicts of interest, privacy, confidentiality and
code of ethics.

Currently e-Roselle is offering 2 free hours of service to new
