How We Do It

Virtual Assistants gives entrepreneurs real help. Bob
Farrar, an attorney in Rome, Ga., appreciates how his VA's feel
about their business and what they contribute.
"They're genuinely interested in how you're doing. They're not showing
up 9 to 5 to get a paycheck," he says. "These are people
who are bringing fresh ideas they're learning from people in
other states. For someone in a town like Rome, it's an
incredible resource."

As an Independent Contractor, e-Roselle does not require that you
withhold taxes or pay many of the costs associated with hiring an
employee. We will bill you on a pre-determined basis, and the
fee you pay is deductible as a marketing business expense.
We only bill for the actual time on a project.
You are not paying for lunch/coffee breaks, personal phone call time,
sick days, etc. Clients NEVER pay for a "learning curve" unless
proprietary knowledge is needed for the project. Your bill will reflect 100% productive time!
We offer two types of payments,
'Pay-As-You-Go' or 'Retainer Service Plans'
 |
Pay-As-You-Go:
use as much or as little as you need with no minimum number of hours.
Standard rates for Realtor Support vary depending on the project and
billed in 15 minute increments. Invoices and timesheets will be faxed
and emailed
on the 1st of each month.
|
 |
Monthly Retainer Service:
as a retainer client you are entitled to all of the services provided
by e-Roselle at a minimum of 5 hours per month and at a discounted
rate. Retainer clients are billed each month and advance payment
is due in full the 1st of each month, before work commences.
Unused hours up to 5 hours can carry over to the next month.

At first glance this may appear to be
a high rate, but let's look at the "real cost" of employees: the US
Bureau of Labor Statistics show that employees actually cost 2 to 2
1/2 times their rate of pay after you factor in the insurance and
benefit costs.
Employee vs.
e-Roselle
Payments - We accept
payments in the form of check, money order, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express via PayPal's secured server.
Time and Material - Postage, long distance
phone fees, mileage, shipping, printing, faxing, and laminating will be
billed to client.
Contract of Services - A signed contract is
required prior to work. The contract outlines all of the details so
there is no confusion as to what is expected by both parties.
Invoices not paid within 30 days will be charged 1
1/2% interest each month until balance is paid in full. If an account
is placed for collection, the client agrees to pay all collection
costs and attorney fees.
There will be a $25 return check fee.
